That every member of LOTW would be empowered by the HOLY SPIRIT to share their faith.
MISSION
Here at Light of the World International Church, we are committed to spreading the life changing Gospel message of God’s love and grace to the Sarasota community and beyond. (Acts 1:8)
The church connects with others by loving them, listening to them and responding to their needs, just like our Savior did while on earth. Luke 10-5-7
MOTTO
Evangelism as a way of life.
The ministry of LOTW seeks to reach our community by Marketplace Evangelism, Servant Evangelism and Friendship Evangelism.
PROGRAMS:
Adopt-a-Block
Visiting and loving on a local neighborhood, we listen to their needs and respond with resources . We show our care and concern by partnering with other faith-based organizations to enhance the quality of family life and educate the community on parenting skills, budgeting, and family related matters.
Monthly visitation:
Every month a team spends about 2 hours visiting and ministering to the community.
Family Time in the Park:
Every 3rd Saturday, a time of fun, fellowship, food and sharing the Gospel.
Annual Christmas Program:
Providing toys, gift cards, clothing, entertainment, lots of food, and the reason for the season to the community.
Home Bible Studies
Weekly study of God's Word with an evangelism emphasis.
It is an awesome privilege to help fulfill the great commission to which every believer is called. The success of these programs is dependent on volunteers that have a passion for the lost.
